Regarding the delivery
○Above is the estimate delivery dates of USPS mail. Please note that the custom clearance, and other circumstances such as holidays, may delay package delivery.
○If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. this may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.○International orders are often subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. As a helpful tip, often customers are less likely to be charged duties on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.
Merchandise for return must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact. Shoes must remain in their original packaging. Turquoise will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Sale merchandise, handbags, undergarments, swimwear and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise, via email to email@example.com. If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued an RA number, via mail, which must be clearly written on the outside of your package. If a return is deemed not acceptable, Turquoise will contact you.
We must receive the authorized merchandise for return NO LATER than 10 days after RA number has been issued.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply if a return is a result of an error made by Turquoise. Please e-mail any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
